System Administrator (Windows)
We are looking for a Windows System Administrator to support the daily operational needs of our customers and the administrative needs of the development team. As part of the help desk the successful candidate will be responsible for managing tickets via the ticketing request system, JIRA. In support of the IT team, you should be able to monitor the overall infrastructure, operational health and implement any infrastructure improvements or repairs. You should be passionate about quality, speed, performance and excellent customer service.
