Plain Language Help for Families

The Army Substance Abuse Program wanted to communicate the support resources available to soldiers and their families. To tell the right stories to the right audiences using "plain language", we conducted interviews and card sort tests with samplings from the various groups. Architecture and wireframes were evolved in an iterative process. Magnum Multimedia redesigned the public site, internal portal and provided post launch maintenance and support.
